Title

DATE / YEAR

Here is the light
That light that you have looked for
That light that has called out with its silence
That has hidden in the Darkness.

Here is that new day
That new day that has eluded you and hidden
In the past
And all of those memories.
When innocence shrouded
Itself in normalcy
And debaucherous ways.

Look, there, in the distance
It sits there
In silence, looking over
The lives of your ancestors
Those brittle black and white memories.

Here is your day, will you blow in the wind?
Will you brace yourself against the tide?
Will you wake up and see it for what it is?
Get twisted, get loved,
Get into it and sway
Drift into the tide
And float away.
